Early in the pregnancy I was thinking girl because I felt as though I was craving different foods than I remembered craving with Junior, but I found his journal and I was mistaken. The cravings were almost identical - so the prediction changed to boy.
Then the heartrates were high - so I switched back to girl, I think my favorite nurse even predicted a girl (and she's 75% right). I checked Junior's journal and sure enough he was high but there was a noticable drop at the Week 16ish visit and guess what - on 8.11.09, at my 16 week check up - heartrate 150.
I have one final predictor - BBQ ribs - ate with Jaime - HORRIBLE crippling heartburn the entire next day - ate with Junior - nada - nothing. I just don't know if we will eat out at a place with ribs in the next 3 weeks.
Regardless - we will likely know on 8.25.09 at 11am at the level II sonagram.....think pink :-) (Forgive me son)
Well we thought pink and that's exactly what the tech said "You want to know what I think? I think it's a girl." THINK? I'm still in limbo. Heart rate is still 145-150 and when I finally did eat ribs - I was fine, no heartburn.
I guess I got my wish that I would truly know the gender at delivery, and since I am wavering back and forth, it will also be a surprise, unless it's a girl. hahahhahah
